The main purpose of Youth Training is to provide a complete, in-depth basketball experience emphasizing fundamentals in order to help boys and girls ages 6-14 (grades 1-8) reach their full potential. All skill levels are welcome - we offer a variety of formats and always group players by age and ability within each level to ensure enriching competition.

Individual training is in a personal setting that provides maximum teaching time and attention to details, with the amount of repetition required to master a specific skill. Training begins with an assessment session, where we evaluate the player`s skill level. We will highlight his or her strengths, as well as the areas that require improvement. Once we determine your skill level, workouts are tailored to address the areas that require improvement, as well strategies to enhance your areas of strength. Throughout your workouts, we will constantly apply our training/teaching philosophy by emphasizing the importance of footwork and balance as a cornerstone of success for your skill development.

Individual training is an ideal environment for perfecting go-to moves, shooting mechanics and overall physical and mental maintenance.


Year round high school group training prepares many of the top girls and boys players in the state. These workouts are high intensity and challenge your game and conditioning.

Remy Workouts' works closely with each team and coach to develop and implement an optimal training practice plan, based on each team’s specific needs, with the ultimate goal of providing real and visible/measurable results.We have helped teams at all levels improve their game through team and small group training sessions.

Remy cultivates his personal relationships with NBA teams to cater each workout and progression of workouts based on what each NBA team will do in their personal workouts.
